Ratings and reviews

It is nice that the option to enter my tickets into the second chance drawing has been added to the app. However, the app pulls up the page to enter the second chance drawing & there is no room on the screen for the keyboard, & it will not pull up and I cannot make the window for entering the code smaller so that I can get the keyboard. I finally discovered that I have to go to my phone settings & make both the display size, & the font size as small as possible for the app to work correctly.☹️

I signed up for jackpot alerts when they hit a certain amount.... you guys really need to send alerts sooner than 1h:59m before ticket sales close. The scan feature although sluggish at times, is still pretty cool though.... just dropped it to 2... you're still giving less than a 2 hour notice and by the time I get it I'm at work... no reason you couldn't send it out in the morning, you know the night before if there is a winner.

It won't let me log in. It sucks so far. Part 2. I uninstalled the app and reloaded it and it works now,but the main reason i got the app is to scan scratch cards which doesnt work very well,but that could be due to operator error.part 3. After 20 cards or so all i could get was a "sorry theres a problem,please contact us." I have a backlog of cards to check,and you have to cash any winners within 6 months of the end of that game.
