great overall on my nexus 6p however............ I FOUND OUT PPSSPP PICKS UP A PS4 CONTROLLER WITH THE USE OF A PC DONGLE!?!? theres partial support from what I can see, x o square and triangle buttons are assignable along with options and share buttons (for start and select), analog, d-pad and trigger inputs however are not. I wonder if the team will look into this.....
Love this app! It's just as full featured as the pc version and can play almost any psp game perfectly. The only issue I have is the terrible performance on Exynos version of the galaxy S8, this seems to be a common thing with this phone and emulators, as full 3d games don't bog the system down at all. Please optimise this for the new exynos 8895 cpu.
Possibly the most well built emulator, does not use much battery nor does it turn my phone into a brick oven (Droid 4). My only complaint is the sounds are choppy, but then again a majority of emulators never had perfected emulating sound chips. Also every once in a while the UI will glitch out, and the save state might crash the emulator.
Remember people, performance of some app and games vary do to your devices capabilities. Also this is an emulator, which means it is to run ISO. So for those who think it's slow or is boring, again remember if you have a crappy phone or don't know how or what certain apps do. Learn to read their purpose first
I'm trying to play resistance retribution(my favorite game)but the performance is very poor.I know you guys work hard to make it better but in the next update fix this problem plz. Edit:Ok its pretty good but because i have it on my pc I've tweaked it and most games run super good and are playable.I still think it should be improved for mobile devices.
It's good for the most part. The audio is a bit odd at times and it doesn't play Persona 3 Portable properly (doesn't show the hands when the Dark Hour clock shows, doesn't show hints, doesn't show Skill and Social Link menus, etc.). It can also be a bit weird when you play Summon Night 5 (audio is sometimes strange, it's a bit slow at times, and dialog boxes would disappear from time to time). But other than all of that it plays my virtual novels perfectly fine.
* Fixed bug causing several games to crash on ARM64, including Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
* Software rendering crashfix
* Fixes for homebrew: Timing, MEMSIZE
