I love the research that went into this; however the fact that the Android app does not support wearables, and that the "Dynamic Mask" sound does not seem to be able to filter it's own input (so that the microphone can tell I am not actually asleep yet) makes it pretty difficult to use for me. The accelerometer side of things also does not seem to pick up unless I am actually holding the phone in my hand, and I am not always in a deep sleep exactly 2 hours after pressing a button!

After two weeks of experimenting with the menu of options, I am getting good results that are getting better as I customize the app over time. The new guided meditations, breathwork, and positive affirmations are great tools. I am using the Android version. It doesn't capture all of my awakenings but the app lets me override it with a sleep diary. The app gives me structure and a history for me to take responsibility for a better night's sleep.

Gradual alarm does not work at all so too bad if you need to get up for work. The shift between relaxation meditation into the sound mask is so jarring it wakes you up. The sleep data it collects is also useless. States I do not wake during the night but on several occasions I have gotten up, used the bathroom, had a drink and returned to bed. But apparently I don't wake. Would not recommend.
