About this app
Ni-kshay is a unified ICT system for TB patients and TPT beneficiary management in India and allows both public and private sector health care providers to manage their patients.
The mobile App has basic support such as entering patients, adding medical test details, treatment details, declaring outcomes, monitoring adherence (including 99DOTS and MERM) and performing various patient management tasks. It does not support editing enrollment details, downloading reports and DBT.
This app can be used by users registered as a Health Facility or a Peripheral Health institution, with the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

App doesn't not working properly. Always have glitches. Not able to add test or start treatment treatment. Recently after the last update the app has gone worst. There are lot of bugs. I hope we will get a new update soon as this is an important app for data updation.

it shouldn't be lengthy.every information has its edit page.it should be a single or two pages to enter the data Its Slower App Now.. Day By Day it's becoming lengthy,slower and most of the time maintenance occurs on workin hours.also filter option in app inserted dates can't be go itself on second visit.you should set by default option in filter on current patient list. No improvement

One-Star Review: Nikshay Application - Hindering TB Elimination Efforts Rating: β (1/5 stars) This app is a huge barrier to our work! As a health worker, I face extreme issues daily. Loading times are eternal, making patient data upload impossible, especially for Active Case Finding. Officers issue notices for poor performance, but it's the app failing us. We work day & night, yet Nikshay makes our efforts negligible. Urgent Fixes Needed!
