App doesn't serve needs prior to, during, or after emergencies. 'Can't use. No info posted. Poor formats/poor legibility/info missing to prepare a local plan. Unnecessary pics & graphics stop app and consume bandwidth. No signal in rural areas or in emergencies. Needs complete do-over by tactical driven input. Paper Hurricane Guide needs to be large, black font on emergency numbers/info & do not leave off part of SC state map & adjoining states's emergency info. 'Can't read in flashlight. Thx.

I'm glad I didn't really need info. I downloaded it, before Dorian, to keep updated. it looked good. Then I tried to place info in it. Doesn't save. The Gov. updated that day and every day after. This app didn't show anything after 9/2. I saw updates after that on tv, but this app never updated. The alerts were constantly going off telling us of Hurr warning, tornado alerts and to see media for add'l info. Then why do I need app? I'll just turn on TV. They need to work on info skills

On the mobile app, when I click on closings and delays, it's not listing the counties like it should. The site on my laptop is working properly but the mobile app is not. I understand this is an issue with Androids. Any idea when it will be fixed?
