Ratings and reviews

Frustrated some by the constant notice about updating personal info. It always looks correct but there is no button stating such. So you keep getting the notice. Stupid! Also don't see filed lab orders from my doctor. Tired of going there only to find out there are no lab orders and they need to call. Not cool when you have been fasting!!!

Frequently incorrect data from providers and app doesn't register appointment or makes it difficult to find what is needed. When I call they said that is how it shows, but last week my appointment was nearly skipped as I did not receive a call and they said it was an office visit. Stressful and time consuming and costly to patients as well as concern for lack of medical accuracy

This app is hard to navigate. I don't see important messages/ orders from my care team, cannot find care team members to submit questions, etc. There is only one tutorial that is available one time when you first sign in, but if you skip over that, or don't retain all of the information, you never have a chance to see it again. VERY USER UNFRIENDLY!
