Password policy is overcomplicated, especially since you can just reset it by email. App logs you out and makes you change it every few months. A more convenient+secure option instead is to keep you logged in and email a one-time-password for new logins. There are also a couple of major interface problems: 1: The back button doesn't take you back. Instead it closes and resets the app. 2: Oddly large number of clicks to get from favorite route to schedule.

It logs me out as soon as I log in and choose any options claiming "the session timed out". I can't add funds to my key because it won't allow me to interact with the app. - Lol I came to leave a bad review and turns out I already did last year. Now it won't accept what I know is the right password. When I go to reset it it won't let me and says to address the problems in the text fields marked red BUT NONE OF THEM ARE RED. Broken app. This bites.

There are multiple listings for each stop. For example 69th street has multiple locations listed (south platform, transit center...) and if you don't know where your ride leaves from you're out of luck. It returns nothing and you have no idea if you entered it wrong or if there are really no options. Generalize stations to their location, no casual user will care which platform or direction needs to be specified. They only care about the generalized location where they are departing.
