DESCRIPTION
ShapeApp® is a latest generation system for managing physical activity.
Whether you are an athlete of any level or a patient with pathologies under physiotherapy treatment (*), it does not matter: ShapeApp® is suitable for any type of user.
The app allows you to:
- run the generic training programs available in the model library;
- receive, directly on your smartphone, training or physiotherapy cards from your personal trainer or physiotherapist.
A large database of exercises, free body and with small tools, to be carried out anywhere, of any level of difficulty and gender (both physiotherapy and fitness) and in continuous expansion, is made available together with a large set of models of cards, both for actual conditional training and the treatment of the most common pathologies (*).
Each exercise is accompanied by a video that clearly shows the correct way to perform the movements from different points of observation.
In the training sheet, for each exercise, you will find the details of all the parameters:
- volume (quantity): n. of series, repetitions, duration, etc ...;
- intensity: load, speed, inclination, power, etc ...;
- recovery times;
- trainer notes;
(*) IMPORTANT: Before performing a training schedule, always make sure, with your doctor, that it is suitable for you.
NO LIMITS OF USE
ShapeApp® is a dynamic and constantly evolving system that can be used both from a mobile device and from a PC (via web browser).
There are no limits on the number of devices that can be used (all synchronized in real time).
VERSIONS
The app, after the first access, is presented in the FREE version. You can use it in this way, with some limitations (features, predefined programs and exercises), or subscribe and use it without limits.
The subscription ATHLETES AND PHYSIOTHERAPY PATIENTS (€ 9.99 / year) allows you to:
- receive CUSTOMIZED CARDS from your PERSONAL TRAINER or TRUSTED PHYSIOTHERAPIST (in case you are following a rehabilitation path);
- access all contents (exercises and models of the ShapeApp® library programs);
CONTINUE UPDATES
ShapeApp® is an extremely dynamic and constantly evolving environment and new versions may be released, even frequently. In this regard, we recommend and emphasize the fundamental importance of always staying up to date with the latest version available, especially to benefit from all the new features that will be made available.
REGISTRATION
Once you have installed the app, after registering, you will be sent an e-mail asking you to confirm your e-mail address. By logging in for the first time, you can enter your data to complete the registration and use the app in the version you prefer.
