I forgot to leave a review, but I went there last year after surgery to get some stuff to aid me with sleep - I don't want to take anything hard - I told the girl behind the counter, and she recommended Ript. Both packages were supposedly 10 mg gummies, but one was definitely way stronger than the other. The smashed watermelon was way stronger than the blue raspberry, maybe the distributor got the mgs wrong somehow, but I could only handle one half of them, but the blue raspberry is perfect.
