So many things wrong with this app. It's more like a way for them to track you than anything else. Have to have it installed for some deals, but then they display deals that are days out of date. Can't actually use the app to order ANYTHING! It directs you to a webpage. Takes FOREVER to load. Also, you have 90 days to use your points you acquire, but it NEVER TELLS YOU WHEN THEY EXPIRE, so you're left guessing. There are so many things you all could do better here. BE better.

Way too glitchy! It takes forever to place an order on this stupid app because it freezes so much. The app's performance has been consistently poor since it was rolled out. I have a been a client of Windy City Homewood since the day it opened and I can confidently say that this is the absolute worst app they have used. How much longer are they are going to continue to try to make this app efficient? it has been out long enough to know that it needs to go.

The newest app update threw all usability out the door. Their account system required me to make a brand new account after having already had to go through that process this year, along with losing my rewards. The website for the menu is completely unresponsive to scrolling. I've placed two orders with the new site so far and none of my orders have made it through to the counter. I'm sorry, but my experience shouldn't be getting worse for a cannabis shop that is ridiculously claustrophobic.
