Never works properly and when I've mentioned it at the store they tell me they received many complaints, but ignore. The website and app orders in recreational setting even when I'm on the medical selection. I'm unable to load any 2nd pages, I have to navigate the first page by sorting the results differently. update needed, regular customers should receive a discount on a future order for inconvenience in getting medications

Worst app i have ever used. i will no longer even shop at these locations due to the app. It does not function whatsoever and makes putting in pick up orders a huge hastle. the store has also wiped out built up loyalty points of all customers a few times over the years that i have been shopping there. They give you very short notice if any notifacation at all that they are changing loyalty programs and that if you do not use your rewards that you lose them,

I never really feel the need to review apps, but the latest update was so bad that I had to. The version before this one was wonky but doable. Now you can't even shop through the app, it opens up a webpage and even then it sometimes says there's no location near me despite being 10 minutes away from one. My schedule makes ordering ahead of time the easiest way for me to pick up, but this update makes the experience so unenjoyable that I would rather drive further away.
