The update made the app unusable. update 12/2/25: the most recent update made this app even more unusable. I cant even access my account anymore. I had so many points saved up, now it's gone. it won't show you the price difference between medical and rec. won't let you sign in if you're from maryland. won't let you actually submit reservations. the app is awful.

Used to be able to do most things within the app, even though certain orders of action would crash it or delete your cart. Back button doesnt work like any other app youve ever used. My biggest complaint is that you dont shop on the app anymore. Now the store tab just opens the chrome website to shop, making it just one giant link to a website. Love the store, but they would be more successful if they fully developed this. They took what was half an app and and then stepped backwards with it.

Worst app i have ever used. i will no longer even shop at these locations due to the app. It does not function whatsoever and makes putting in pick up orders a huge hastle. the store has also wiped out built up loyalty points of all customers a few times over the years that i have been shopping there. They give you very short notice if any notifacation at all that they are changing loyalty programs and that if you do not use your rewards that you lose them,
