An underrated app I use for tracking salt but can also be used for tracking carbs and/or protein if you want. extremely simply, the ads are unobtrusive they are only a smaller banner along the top, and it doesn't want all your personal data like other apps so it is nicely unintrusive. they don't push anything on you, they just let you track your salt. the only slight confusion came with the converter for which I figured out is grams to mg salt. I actually wish I could write more. Thank you!

App is nice. But the notifications at the top are shady. "Amazon giveaway", but it's not actually Amazon. And when I went to swipe out(without doing anything else) a notification (fake maybe) said my "phone's been compromised". Idk if that was real or another con to try and get me to click. If you do install, don't look at the notifications.

Would like the option to pay to remove ads, and for my own personal purposes, a customizable place to log something else, in my case weight but potassium or sugar could be useful for others, but I LOVE that a) no extra personal data is collected, & b) this ONLY tracks sodium intake and doesn't push me to track things like calories as well. The ads aren't obtrusive, the app is simple and easy to use, and it lets you set your own daily sodium limit and lets you know if you go over that limit.

Thanks Tori for the 4 stars review.
We are working on an ads free version of the app.
Best regards.
