Orbot is a free proxy app that empowers other apps to use the internet more securely. Orbot uses Tor to encrypt your Internet traffic and then hides it by bouncing through a series of computers around the world. Tor is free software and an open network that helps you defend against a form of network surveillance that threatens personal freedom and privacy, confidential business activities and relationships, and state security known as traffic analysis.

On some devices, a Samsung app is listening on the same network port that Orbot needs. Download 'SockStat' from Google Play. Look for the app on port 9050. Force stop and disable that app. You can also try to change Orbot's "Tor SOCKS" setting under the Debug section to 9051 or AUTO. Okeh to the point aja... Saya sangat berterima kasih kepada developer bukan karna saya dapat mengakses deep web melalui jaringan ini namun karna dengan menggunakan jaringan orbot saya dapat mendownload file di internet biasa 3X lebih cepat dri kecepatan normal wifi saya, yang awalnya cuman mentok di 300 KBps berubah mjd 1,4 MBps

Aplikasinya udah bagus, tapi sayang keamanannya masih lemah. Waktu saya lakukan pengujian tracing, Local IP nya masih terlacak. Beda banget sama aplikasi yg dibuat untuk komputer. Semoga kedepannya aplikasi ini ditingkatkan lagi 🙏

Sebenernya ya guys tor browser versi andro dan PC itu jelas berbeda klian menyebutnya sejenis Deep Web/Darknet padhl klian belom tau isinya bhkan ini hnya sebuah apk berupa VPN... jadi koneksi klian itu sprti parasit di jejaringan komputer lain selebihnya jaringan koneksi klian itu di relay jadi otomatis agak menjadi lemot...dan perlu di ingat! Jangan sesekali mengunduh file berupa doc,pdf,jpg,mp4,dll di aplikasi Tor...secara jelas memungkinkan File tersebut sudah mengandung virus berbahaya....
