About this app

twinme+ is a premium version of twinme private messenger, a secure instant messaging and High-Definition voice/video call application, protecting privacy by design, and giving users full control over each of their relations and exchanged content.

In addition to all the functions and services offered by twinme, twinme+ offers the following features:
- "Spaces" to organize your profiles, relations, conversations, notifications, appearance and parameters, according to each social group you interact with. Different Spaces can be used for interacting with your family, friends, colleagues, sport mates, etc.;
You can even create "Secret Spaces", which do not appear in the list of Spaces and can only be opened by typing their name (do not forget that name as it will be impossible to retrieve);
- Option to lock/unlock the application using your device biometric or pin locking services;
- "Ephemeral messages", ie messages which disappear at both ends after a certain time;
- Option to prevent a particular contact from calling you in voice/video;
- Streaming your music during calls;
- Launching voice/video calls within a group;
- Inviting contacts to join an on-going group call;
- Transferring an on-going voice/video call from a mobile to a PC;
- Publishing QR-codes from the calls tab that allow guests to call you without installing the application (click-to-call).

If twinme is already installed on your device, your twinme account will be automatically transferred with all its associated data (contacts, conversations, etc.) to twinme+ and you can then uninstall twinme from your device.
If you had defined several profiles in twinme, each one will be associated with a different Space. You can then move contacts to your Space of choice.

Ratings and reviews

The app is great, not a lot to complain about. The best of it is that its free & secure. The hard part of it is that its not easy to keep if you want to change devices. It definitely could use a simple log in option maybe just type in 4 or 6 digits and your email and have access on any device you own. Definitely would like if we could edit the photo id for our contacts and not be held to what other people use for their own contact image. 1 question. Does the app allow large group video chat?

THE BEST COMMUNICATION APP. WAY BETTER THAN WHATSAPP!!! WHY ISN'T EVERYONE USING THIS!!!??? LETS GET THE WORD OUT!!!

Been using twinme for a long while now. It is great but its hard to keep ppl on it. The biggest issue is you cant log in and out. Ppl are concerned about loosing their account and contacts because you cant easily log in to your account from different devices. Can this be something to offer eventually? A way to easily log in. Maybe just a user name and passcode or a security account number and then a passcode to avoid using personal identifying information like phone numbers or emails.

Option to resize photos/videos before sending to optimize transfer time.
With your loved one's permission, you can now control their camera during a call to help them remotely.
If access to the service is blocked in your country, you can create your own proxies from the source code on GitHub, or use those of other users.
Various improvements and bug fixes.
In case of unexpected behavior, "zap" the application in order to refresh its state.
