UnGovr Request gives you three quick ways to submit a service request - pothole, broken streetlight, graffiti, illegal dumping, downed sign, anything government handles:

📷 TAKE A PHOTO
Snap a picture and we'll figure out the rest. UnGovr's on-device AI suggests the right issue type, reads location from the photo's GPS, and lets you confirm or adjust before sending.

📝 DESCRIBE THE ISSUE
Don't have a photo? Type a short description. UnGovr classifies it, attaches your location, and routes it to the local, regional or national agency responsible - no menus, no agency names to memorize.

🎙️ USE YOUR VOICE
Say "OK Google, report an issue with UnGovr" and start dictating. Hands free. Great for reporting from the car or on the move.

After you submit, UnGovr handles the rest:

• ROUTES TO THE RIGHT AGENCY - UnGovr knows how to handle each type of issue. Some might go to a local city, county, road authority, state or federal agency. UnGovr Request does it all.

• TRACKS THE STATUS - See your open and closed requests in the "My Requests" tab. Get a clear status (submitted, in progress, closed) and a request code you can reference if you ever need to follow up directly with the agency.

• OFFLINE-FRIENDLY - Submit even when you're somewhere without signal. UnGovr queues your report and sends it the moment your connection returns.

WHO IS BEHIND THIS

UnGovr is a nonprofit (NGO) working on government transparency tools. The infrastructure that routes your report is the same backbone we use for our open-data, transparency, and civic-tech work. We are not a government agency.

UnGovr Request collects only what's needed to submit your report: the photo or description you choose to share, the location of the issue, and your account info (if you're signed in).
