Care Logger helps families coordinate care for an elderly loved one — so every handoff between family members and caregivers is smooth, and nothing important gets lost.

• Optional "My Personal Health": as a caregiver you can also track your OWN vitals, and — only if you choose — import your own readings (blood pressure, blood glucose, body temperature, heart rate, oxygen saturation, weight) from Health Connect into your private view. Imported data is visible only to you, is never shared with other members of the care circle, and is never used for advertising.
