About this app

The eUNRWA app is the official digital platform, launched by United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for Palestine refugees and other eligible persons. With this app, users can access a range of digital services provided by UNRWA, both within and beyond its fields of operation. This first version includes the following services:
• View individual and family registration information
• Update address and contact details
• Submit registration applications for new descendants, marriages, divorces, deaths, and other amendments
• Track the status of registration applications
• Download Family Registration eCard

Trash app it wont take a picture if you are using Android, if you are in another country it wont verify because it access the phone location, after you send all the documents for adding a family member, the app wont open again and give an error on start up even if you delete it and install it again the same errors will appear, that happens on my 2 phones even i asked my brother to open my account and when he did , his app wont open again. fix the bugs or dont make an app that make people suffer.

the app does not open and gives a blue screen on oneplus 3T and 6. Also the permissions required are suspicious especially making and managing phone calls, microphone and camera access, and location access ...Why do you need these permissions. I found that it only works if i gave it all the permissions which is too much and looks fishy

The APP is good so far and a great experience, I just tried to submit two applications, and the response rate of UNRWA was superb, it's way easier than to visits sites and following up as long you submit your proper documentation!. A milestone to ease the refugees' sufferings in this life! thanks to UNRWA and all who Supported the development of this APP!
