This is, with out a doubt, the worst app I I've ever used. They had such a good system and "upgraded it," now it's an absolute nightmare. You can't get your bank accounts to sync with quicken or each other. Now the app only can be used in Spanish. We are closing our accounts with eagle as a result and switching to a different credit union, today. What a nightmare, and totally unnecessary.

Pull down menus still very glitchy, to even login with my credentials, I had to go to the website because the pull down menu for verification, would not let me choose. The interface while brand new and "shiny" compared to the old version is actually quite clucky and challenging to use. Should have just kept it very basic, I don't need my banking app to look pretty, JUST WORK

Haven't been able to use my fingerprint to log in since the update where I was forced to repeatedly register my device over & over & over & over. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and all it does is make me reverify my identity and re-add my same device to my account (I probably have the same device registered like 4 times) without the ability to quickly use my fingerprint.
