This is, with out a doubt, the worst app I I've ever used. They had such a good system and "upgraded it," now it's an absolute nightmare. You can't get your bank accounts to sync with quicken or each other. Now the app only can be used in Spanish. We are closing our accounts with eagle as a result and switching to a different credit union, today. What a nightmare, and totally unnecessary.

Pull down menus still very glitchy, to even login with my credentials, I had to go to the website because the pull down menu for verification, would not let me choose. The interface while brand new and "shiny" compared to the old version is actually quite clucky and challenging to use. Should have just kept it very basic, I don't need my banking app to look pretty, JUST WORK

update the android platform and it fails miserably, so much that the user has to call or email or chat and hope they get to someone who understands to tell them to delete the app and start all over, which failed with the phone call after waiting 20 minutes for the 'help' to pick up the line. how very extra special. y'all are supposed to TEST before updating.
