I have been using this app for almost 8 years. it was working fine till last month except few interruptions. but for the last one month it is not getting connected and I think I have lost my remaining credits as there is no signs of fixing issue or update of app available for a while now...

the app is not at all connecting with any network, wifi or sim data. I have tried for live help in the app so many times. That is also not usable. even there is no update in the app. then why it's not working I don't know. If the respective team can check and revert it would be appreciated.

I have been using this app for about two years with mixed results , but have stuck with it as most of these types of apps are hit and miss, anyway opened the app recently and was greeted with a message saying vinota service not available , tried a few times with the same result , reinstalled the app ,still the same , emailed vintota support , no reply 😔 , update after three emails I got an automated reply in Arabic , stating about a undelivered parcel . spam I guess
