Atlas Admin gives gym managers and owners full control of their facility from a mobile device.

View every member in your branch, pull up their profile, booking history, and transaction history in seconds. Monitor bookings by status, manage active subscriptions, and handle plan switches or pauses without needing to be at a desk.

Create and edit membership plans with session caps and HMO benefit allocations. Manage your HMO providers directly — verify member eligibility, track monthly usage, and view claim approval rates across your roster.

Your branch settings, team roster, operating hours, and scheduled downtime are all editable in the app. When you need to reach your members, compose and schedule bulk push notifications and emails directly from the notifications panel.

Atlas Admin is built on the same codebase as the desktop version — everything you see on mobile is the full feature set for your plan tier, not a stripped-down companion app.
