To use the WestStar Credit Union Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a WestStar Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Overall this app is great and easy to use. If you're a sloppy teen, weary traveler, busy person, parent, or even a mad scientist that wants control at the touch of a finger, this app is great for you, unless you're a sketchy conspiracy-robots are taking over guy . All the time I used it, I only ran into one slight problem which was most likely due to bad internet.

once download it won't even open. says it's setting up my, only to say something went wrong. Will this has been going on for 5 days. call them up they suggest clear cookies. this is the only app that I have and issue with like this. it does this on my Samsung phone and apple laptop. but i did as they said and cleared cookies and nothing has changed. this is an on going occurrence with this app. seems to do this like every 4 or 5 months. it just sucks

They need to update the notification ops. Like text alerts and better the mobile App. Slow system for correct balance in App over weekend. Maybe you can approve me for overdraft. $11 transfer fee has got to go. finally got update , works better than before. Thanks.
