To use the WestStar Credit Union Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a WestStar Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Works well ... Thanks ... Suggestions for improvement... The app integrates all existing accounts for one user...which is fine however does not allow for clear viewing(selection) of the same... While doing a transfer as a result of which it is possible to transfer funds to a account that one might now have intended to. While this is possible to rectify once a user is aware of this happening by verifying existing funds in the destination account.

The app has a button to turn off my debit card. I thought "wow, what a great feature to stop fraud in its tracks!" NOPE!!! Usually between about 7p and 9p (most common time to shop) the on/off button stops functioning. I've asked SEVERAL times for this time to be changed to overnight hours (2a-4a would be ideal) to avoid this major inconvenience. Not only was it MONTHS before I got a reply, the answer was a very dodgy NO. Great tool rendered USELESS!

Overall this app is great and easy to use. If you're a sloppy teen, weary traveler, busy person, parent, or even a mad scientist that wants control at the touch of a finger, this app is great for you, unless you're a sketchy conspiracy-robots are taking over guy . All the time I used it, I only ran into one slight problem which was most likely due to bad internet.
