I like the old app better. Theres no option to save log in info. Its difficult to log on because you have to push next to move to the user name to the password, and you cant go back if you make a mistake. I have to completely close and reopen the app if I make a mistake. When I'm in the app it freezes and I cant even click on my accounts.

Thanks for your feedback, Shan. The change to not saving log in info is for security because some of the added features are higher risk. We'll make note of your feedback regarding the ability to go back when you've made an error.

This app (and credit union) used to be great, but the 5/9/22 changes to bill pay are HORRIBLE and I feel like I've been plunged into the stone age! Almost all of my bills (that used to be paid electronically via WSECU) are now being sent via conventional check in the mail. The list of everything wrong and inconvenient about this is loooooong so I'll just say it totally sucks and I'll probably end up leaving WSECU so I can find a better, more modern bill pay option (like WSECU used to offer).

In the meantime, we'll continue to evaluate payments sent via check and switch them to electronic, if possible.

Frustrating to say the very least! I loved the old app was super quick and user friendly. New version is alot more drawn out which is not a problem just a little getting used to. My biggest issue is the mobile depositing like countless other people have complained on here is that the app doesn't recognize the "amount you entered" "does not match" "mitek error" very rarely does it actually go through with out many multiple attempts. Would love this app for the functionality benefit if it worked.
