I mostly like this app - check deposit and transferring are super easy. But suddenly both my husband and I stopped getting text alerts. Notifications are enabled. Nothing changed with our cell phone carrier, who says the issue lies with the app, not with them. Nothing we try works. Upgrade to 5 stars if the text alert mystery can be solved.

Thanks for this feedback, Sharon! There are a few things that could be causing the alerts issue. Our first step we recommend would be turning alerts off and the re-enabling them; this tends to do the trick most of the time. Nothing but problems. This app is not favorable to the old one and since the did a big update to online systems,.I haven't been able to use my finger print and today it won't log in at all. Nothing is up to date. The way it take pics of check is just weird. It squishes them ans makes it nearly impossible to read. Making depositing them very very difficult. My phone is not even a year old.

I moved out of state 2 years and have used the app for all banking except cash withdrawals for a long time. WSECU has a much better app, service, and rates than CUs or the Banks here in Hawaii. The deposit photos are recently a problem for my Covid check where Front and Back automatically rotate and get distorted. After reinstalling 5/26, I took a screen shot showing the problem and it fixed the issue for each photo. I assume it will be fixed next time I get a check.

We've heard of the issue with mobile deposit images automatically rotating and have found that in most cases, holding your device at just a slight angle when taking the pictures should avoid that happening.
