I have really enjoyed these workouts! They're easy to follow and it's super nice that you don't have to decide what workout to do, you can just do the daily workout--You can also choose one, but for me it's been nice to not have to! The app is easy to use and I've never noticed any glitching. The only thing I'd change is the way the music for the workouts is mixed, it seems like it's just playing in the background and the audio is often strange/muffled and it's kinda strange.

These ladies are amazing! I can never stick to anything from a consistency standpoint. All in for a month maybe 2 and then fall off for even longer. But with Build & Burn I have been able to keep it up for 4 months now and squeeze it in on hectic days. Only 30 minutes 4 times a week and I feel great! Also, all of the modifications are super helpful and I am never discouraged if I can't do a part of the workout because Amanda or Ashley will show at least 2 modifications for every move!

I've used Build & Burn for a few different stages of my life (pregnant, post partum, and as a mom to 3 littles), and it has been able to support me through all of those stages. B&B has so many different programs to choose from, or you can just follow the weekly posted workouts. The workouts are quick and super effective. It takes the guess work out of working out, and I have never felt better!!!!
