No customer service. the help option pulls up blank screen. I'm locked out from watching on my TV while I'm still paying for a subscription, yet I can watch on my phone. I can't cancel subscription from all 3 options of on the mobile app, play store, or by visiting the website. It's an app that clearly needs more work, but they're happy to take your money while not providing the service you're paying for. 2 stars and not 1 because I love Takedown, but it's not worth it.

You can't change your brightness or volume on your phone if you are using the app. You have to do it in the app, and it's weird controls. The lowest brightness the app allows is still half of my brightness on my phone. The app's sound does not connect to Bluetooth. It was glitchy and wouldn't let me purchase a subscription, I had to go to the website on Google. Phone dims while watching, had to change my settings to accommodate.

I mean, it's Chris Hansen and thats a good thing. the app, however, does not work like it used to. I cant fullscreen videos anymore so the phone will go to sleep mid video, I had major issues logging in, once I logged in and renewed my subscription, it logged me out and then claimed it couldnt find my profile, the app itself also looks weird now. what happened?
