There are so many wonderful videos. they are for all fitness levels. I usually can't stick with a program because of limitations after surgery. I found Elena and a few others who have truly helped me to learn the practice and understand how to do the yoga moves properly. I also love that there are 5, 10, or 20 min videos which are great mid day on a break.

I like the instructors and the variety. What I don't like is the app. Every single time I play a video on the app, somewhere in the middle of class the video will freeze multiple times or the app closes completely. I've tried it on two different tablets and on phone. I don't have any issues on the website but the point of the app was so I didn't have to go on the website.

buggy app. unable to see all playlists, videos, or class types consistently. sometimes 4 are displayed, sometimes I can scroll and see more, when going back and forth a few times. casting works 20% of the time. not recommended.
