Two-way communication for childcare, school and SFO
Vigilo is a communication platform that simplifies everyday life for parents and employees. If you have a child in childcare, school or SFO, Vigilo makes is easy to stay updated.

Messaging
Is grandpa going to pick up the kids today? Will the child be going home with another child? Send a message to the childcare, school or SFO with the Vigilo-app. In addition, you get an overview of the individual messages and announcements you have received, and you can answer them at any time.

Absence
Is your child sick, or does it have a day off? Provide the employees with a quick notice through the app, and they now have an updated overview.

Settings
Let the communication become more personal by adding a profile picture. We recommend activating push-notifications for incoming messages.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't inform about being logged out, which is just negligent when school relies on push messages to give the occassional urgent information about tomorrow's plans. The last two weeks I've been logged out thrice. This alone warrants a 1 star. There are too many places with messages, so finding a previously read message is a chore. Finding an unread message lacks a filter. After years, app still lacks the mandatory parantal permissions of the web site. I would subtract two stars for this too.

notifications are a mess. They keep coming without order. They stay unread. and the notification keeps poping on top screen.

Some things are only available through the website. In fact there is nothing useful for me in the app, but it fails to convey this rather important information to me. Not impressed.

Message functionality for After-school (SFO) units - Parents can now select individual staff members as recipients when sending messages, in the same way as in school units.
