Entering the date of birth is very hard. You have to manually scroll down or tap the arrow key until you hit the exact date of your birthday. This means that if you are 40 years old, you have to click 40 times, if your 80 years old, you have to tap 80 times on the arrow key (this is a very stupid design) How do you expect a 50 or 80 year old to do so. For those 20 or 30 years old, it would not be an issue. There seems no way to enter the birthdate manually using your phone's keypad

Dear User, really appreciate your suggestion. We will consider it and improve our app in the new version. However, in it's current version, you should be able to enter the year and date using the keypad. Simply select the year and date then type the correct details. If you have questions or suggestions please contact us at help@healthnow.ph.

Easy to navigate and all relevant information is provided on the app, which makes it very easy for first time users to consult with their chosen doctor. The app is especially relevant in present times as it provides a fuss free way for patients and doctors to interact without either party having to leave the safety of their homes

No one's answering to my email and it's been 24 hours when they gave me a ticket. I was charged twice for a consultation but I am not in the waiting room anymore after trying refreshing the app since it said in their reminder to do so. I didn't click the "exit the waiting room" button but I'm already in your dashboard and wants me to pay for another consultation. I wasn't able to talk to anyone and was charged multiple times - I demand a refund.
