I downloaded this app cause it's the only option for salary loan repayment online. Its functions are good, you've lots of options for paying bills, loans, investments and insurances. The only problem is that it lacks the convenience in adding funds to your wallet for those ordinary people who doesn't have a bank account. The higher the amount the higher the charges. Why not create a virtual account number for each user for easier transaction rather than transferring money from 1 bank to another.

My experience with this application is not acceptable and horrible. Their system is TRASHED! First is the payment for my salary loan. My Transaction has been voided or denied twice and they will inform you 3 to 4 weeks after your transactions. That's why I do have to pay now for the interest. Since I don't have a choice I tried to withdraw all my money in the application. They stated that you will be receiving the money after 1 to 3 business days. It's already been 10 business days.

I had several bad experiences using this app. *Transfer fee from their wallet to bank costing 150 pesos is way too expensive. *Missed a couple of months for sss contribution as my payments were not posted. *Inconsistent service. Sometimes payment would be posted quickly, sometimes it would take a very long time. In general, i am not very happy with my experience using this app.
