UPDATE: Lately, it's been really difficult to make any transactions whether it's money in or money out of the app. So far the customer support is prompt is responding, however no solutions have been made. --- -- - - My whole experience is positive. All my queries were answered promptly and all the transactions were smooth. It's a convenient way for me to pay my SSS fees while working overseas.

this is the worst app to use for transfer of money. They will take approx 120pesos for charges and then more than 2 weeks still not credited to your designated account. that should be illegal. why even bother download this app if instapay in bank now are free and transferred within minuntes and then some services here are now getting available in Maya, Gcash and other apps. in minutes or seconds. WORST APP I EXPERIENCE!

I downloaded this app cause it's the only option for salary loan repayment online. Its functions are good, you've lots of options for paying bills, loans, investments and insurances. The only problem is that it lacks the convenience in adding funds to your wallet for those ordinary people who doesn't have a bank account. The higher the amount the higher the charges. Why not create a virtual account number for each user for easier transaction rather than transferring money from 1 bank to another.
