Koa Mindset Depression gives you tools to help you better understand and manage your depression.
With Koa Mindset’s 8-step program, you’ll learn to:
- Identify the cycle of depression
- Understand why and how self-help exercises based upon the principles of CBT can help
- Recognize unhelpful thoughts and thinking patterns
- See how actions impact mood
- Plan activities that make you feel good
- Use mindfulness to focus your attention on the present
- Identify unhealthy core beliefs and develop more balanced, healthy ones
Koa Mindset Depression is a digital tool intended to provide cognitive behavioral therapy-based exercises for patients 18 years of age or older, who are currently receiving care for depression or other depressive disorders.
Koa Mindset Depression is only administered to individuals as a supplement to their clinical care by a licensed therapist, who then monitors and guides their patient's progress through the program.
Koa Mindset Depression aims to provide supervised CBT-based exercises for these eligible individuals in order to help them manage their depression.
Koa Mindset Depression isn’t for everyone. In order to access Koa Mindset Depression, you must get an activation code from your therapist.
