Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents

• Reprint / Lost of CNIC
• New NICOP
• Modification of NICOP
• Renewal of NICOP

Functionalities:
• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)
• User-based inbox with a list of all applications
• Interactive data acquisition
• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP

Update: I had previously faced the 'Lioness initialization failed' error while trying to verify my identity. The camera wasn't opening and liveness check kept failing. After reporting the issue, I’m happy to say that it has now been resolved. The app is working properly and I was able to complete the verification process successfully. Thank you to the support team for fixing it!"

Some points need to be updated in their application: At the time of taking pictures, there is too much struggle when capturing pictures of 3- or 4-year-old children. The request gets submitted and the payment is also completed, but the supporting documents are not attached properly, and the verification process is not working correctly.

I am writing this review hoping to find a solution. After reading through all the other reviews, I realise others at least managed to register. I haven't been able to get that far. I have tried everything: different email addresses, browsers, & devices. Even when I enter the verification code within seconds, I keep getting an error and cannot proceed. This is no fault of my own, and it's preventing me from completing & submitting my application I will appreciate if someone could look into this.
