Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents
• Modification of CNIC
• Renewal of CNIC
• Reprint / Lost of CNIC
• New NICOP
• Modification of NICOP
• Renewal of NICOP
• Reprint / Lost of NICOP

Functionalities:
• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)
• User-based inbox with a list of all applications
• Interactive data acquisition
• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP
• Online payments

Ratings and reviews

Very poor quality right now. I uploaded all the pictures from the website and I was trying to verify the finger print from the mobile but it again showed me the upload pictures option in the app but web portal was fine. It took my 3 hours to complete just one FRC application due to this error of sync between web and mobile app. Please resolve this issue.

I downloaded the Pak NADRA app with the hope of a seamless experience, but unfortunately, the OTP (One-Time Password) feature has been a major letdown. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any OTP in my email after requesting it five times. This has not only wasted my time but also raised concerns about the reliability of the app's functionality. I urge the developers to address this issue promptly to enhance user satisfaction and trust. Disapp

Wanted to change my CNIC address, no option for Bahria Town Rawalpindi. Fingerprint scanner auto focus is a mess, only worked once when registering. After that during verification it always went out of focus during the limited 10 attempts. Wastage of money, payment should be at the end of process, not at the start. App usage Not Recommend in current state.

Following changes are done. (Version - 2.9.4)
1) Application of Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
2) Attester fingerprint verification.
3) Mandatory location information.
4) Deferred applications fingerprint verification.
