The HR portal is a tool dedicated to both employees and managers who have independent, safe access to it from any place and device (computer, smartphone, tablet). Thanks to the portal, both the employee and his supervisor can handle many HR matters on their own - this way, some of the resources of the HR department are freed. The processes are simplified and standardized and the managerial staff receives a management support tool. The employee portal is a tool that improves not only communication between the HR department and an employee or manager, but also between the employee and the entire organization.
