Chronicos IBD is a Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis (UC) journal. You record your symptoms, meals, and medications. Before your appointment with a gastroenterologist, you create a PDF of your medical history. The app does not provide a diagnosis. This is not medical advice.
Chronicos helps you keep track of your IBD between appointments. You see what you've written: meals, how your day went, what medications you took, what tests you entered. This creates a conversational resource with your gastroenterologist, not a medical record.
What you write down
Meals in about 10 seconds: description, tags, optional dictation.
Evening summary of the day, about 15 seconds.
Quick entry from a notification or the home screen: everything is OK, so-so, or difficult.
Medications with "I took" confirmation and reminders.
Tests you enter yourself, e.g., CRP and calprotectin. No evaluation of the norm.
Date entries: gastroenterologist appointments, scheduled tests, calendar.
What you see
At the start, you see a week in dots. The color depends on the pain.
The Crohn's disease and UC diary keeps an archive of days. You can add missing summaries, even retroactively.
The analysis shows patterns from your records: food and pain, sleep, stress, medications. The medical history is organized into periods, not just a list of days.
Before your appointment, you generate a PDF report. We'll remind you about the PDF three days in advance.
When you really need it, there's a map of nearby restrooms with navigation in Maps.
Notifications
Evening, Sunday's weekly summary, missing entries in the diary, upcoming appointment. No spam. No streak shame.
Privacy
The diary runs locally on your phone. For basic use, an account is not required.
You can create an account (email and code) and enable cloud synchronization in the EU to avoid losing data when switching phones. Sync requires consent. Disabling it deletes the cloud copy.
You can also export the local JSON copy.
We may collect data about your app usage and crash logs, but not the content of the log.

Important
Chronicos IBD is not a medical product and does not provide a diagnosis. It does not recommend diet or treatment changes. It displays observations from your records so you can discuss them with your doctor.
