Ratings and reviews

All the advertisements and descriptions on the app and the website are a lie put to buy your trust until you paid your money and you will not here from no one after that, they will ignore you, I booked an appointment at 1:51 and it says the doctor will contact me after 15 min but no one did and they don't work 24 hours, they only work 20 hours, then they send you one message after 5 or 6 hours later as the time of there liking and ignore your replay.

This is the worst app you can download. Today i paid and ordered 3 consultations in row, no service received I didn't even receive calls from them. There is no customer support, no one i could ask for help or refund. Please be ready to lose your money if you order consultation. Once again to sum up: money lost 300 zl, I am bloody sick and no service provided. No one i could ask for help. So only thing that i could do is advice you people not to use this app. Keep your money safe=stay away
