the app pauses the music. When you open the app while using Spotify, music pauses. Can't see the reason, as app does not play any sounds

ive been going to the gym for two months using this app because of the QR code. no issues so far until today. app decided to randomly sign me out at some point, so it took me 15 minutes to actually get into the gym. the app was asking me to login using credentials, that ive never provided. had to reset my password that i have never made in the first place. didnt have enough time to finish my workout, since i was dealing with this unnecessary issue. if you want to be digital, make it convenient.

I downloaded the app on both my iPhone and Android, but it won’t let me in on either device. When I try to reset my password, nothing happens there either. I still haven’t been able to use the app. Upd: I finally logged in, but when I tried to sign up for a class it didn't work. So, still 1 star.
