CUSTOMER ZONE
✔ Access to the Customer Zone, where you can find information about all reservations and payments (synchronization with the website www.itaka.pl/en/client-area/)
✔ Access to key booking details – such as booking number, flight/transit information, local time, available optional trips
✔ Easy downloading of Travel Documents in the application – once downloaded before your trip they can be accessed at any time, even without an Internet connection
✔ Adding an opinion about the hotel after your trip

Ratings and reviews

Many app texts are in polish even you change language to english. In example login tab

All links in help section are not clicks let. App require internet connection to work for features like static descriptions - terrible design for destinations that have no good internet or internet is expensive. Most of local tours are not available within the app.

The language should be customized...Its very difficult to setup the language
