App works quite well, meaning I can charge my car. When charging is started the app blocks 150PLN, which is released when charging is finished (by clicking in the app) and the real price is charged. In my opinion it's too much for the blockade and should be reduced to 50 PLN. Still, app tells you the terms on a first launch. The "My car" functionality doesn't work. When I try to set a vehicle, the app crashes, which is disappointing. App is unintuitive to use as well, bad user experience.

Just terrible. At first try, not possible to start charging, error message to contact support. I figured out I have to add a card. Can't add Revolut card, added mBank, finally started charging. Stopped after few minutes, as I wanted to change to DC connector, the charger software crashed, support restarted it but it didn't work. The app sucks, UI sucks, I had to relogin several times, adding a car almost impossible. Who develop that app? Students?

Buggy app and non-existant support. Wasn't able to register until switched country to Poland in "company" section and then untogled company. When tried chargin it failed to initiate charging at two different locations. Tried calling support, but they only spoke Polish and dropped the call. Good luck calling them when have a problem at a charger.
