First days everything was working fine. But since today, the app was reporting problem with payment (I have checked previous bills and bank account and everything should be fine). On the other charger, the charger reported connection timeout. But what was worst: the support could talk only Polish! I think this is a shape by an all like that. Thought they tried to restart the charger remotely, it did not help. Now I can't charge at Orlen and don't know, if I owe them some money or not.

They have a very attractive discount at 1.46/kWh but I can't add a visa nor mastercard. I tried to follow previous user advice, switched country to Poland, app language to polish, system language to polish, add a polish number. Nothing worked. If you manage to activate a charger, please share how.

App works quite well, meaning I can charge my car. When charging is started the app blocks 150PLN, which is released when charging is finished (by clicking in the app) and the real price is charged. In my opinion it's too much for the blockade and should be reduced to 50 PLN. Still, app tells you the terms on a first launch. The "My car" functionality doesn't work. When I try to set a vehicle, the app crashes, which is disappointing. App is unintuitive to use as well, bad user experience.
