Information application with recommendations for employers on how to support
in the workplace of people with disabilities to make the most of their potential:

The PONTI app provides information on this:
- what is work for people with disabilities
- what are their expectations towards the workplace
- what is the employee's potential according to people with disabilities
- how to develop the potential of an employee with a disability
- what can be gained by developing the employee's potential
with a disability

The application contains valuable information on supporting and better use of the potential of people with disabilities in the workplace in terms of what can be done for the disabled employee himself, for the entire work team, as well as what can be done for the workplace for a person with a disability.

The added value of the application is redirection to materials supporting employers / OHS specialists in the organization of work of people with disabilities (including workplaces), developed by CIOP-PIB in cooperation with PFRON and other organizations and working for people with disabilities.
