Wasteland Runner turns every walk into a post-apocalyptic RPG. Nothing here
is walking for a counter's sake: every step powers your survivor, your
settlement and the squad you lead across the wastes.
REAL MOVEMENT, REAL PROGRESSION
• Steps become experience, levels and supply caches.
• Five daily challenge tiers — a bolder goal pays more XP per step.
• Streaks reward the days you keep showing up.
EXPEDITIONS AND MISSIONS WHERE YOU LIVE
• GPS expeditions: track your route and uncover the map of your own area.
• Field missions: reach a real-world marker, claim the loot or fight a
turn-based battle in the spirit of the classic Heroes games.
• Discover real places — parks, ruins, viewpoints.
• Fresh trail: strike soon after arriving and the payout grows.
LEGENDS OF THE WASTES AND THE AR FINISHER
• Rare legendary encounters in three tiers: Rumor, Legend and Myth — the
last one a true pilgrimage with a unique boss.
• After the victory the stragglers charge in AR: look around with your
phone, hold the wave back, and the relic drops at your feet.
• Trophies are yours forever — 28 of them for the cabinet.
• Beat the Myth and the Myth Slayer title shines beside your leaderboard
name.
YOUR OWN SETTLEMENT
• Upgrades cost scrap AND steps: you pay, then you walk the build off.
• The workshop works while you're away, work parties come back with loot,
and war raids end in a battle you lead yourself.
• The training ground cuts recruit prices and unlocks elite units.
• Decorations you can actually see on the settlement diorama.
VEHICLES
• Higher levels uncover a bike, and later a car.
• Long routes have their own economy and daily contracts — they never
undercut walking, they open a whole new way to play.
• Ten upgrade levels, each with its own vehicle art.
STORY AND SQUAD
• Fifty chapters set in a burned-out world, with choices leading to one of
five endings.
• A survivor squad with permadeath — the fallen stay fallen, and veterans
grow deadlier with every fight.
• A chronicle of your deeds, an expedition journal and stats of the real
effort behind them.
The app counts steps with the screen off. Your activity data stays on your
device — it never goes to the cloud.
