About this app

Manual Camera Compatibility Test

This app checks whether your device supports various manual camera settings (manual focus, WB, ISO, shutter speed & RAW support) introduced in Android Lollipop Camera2 API.

If your device supports manual camera settings, you can install our Manual Camera app, which allows you to take advantage of all those features!

This app said my device is not compatible with any manual settings at all. I'm not sure my device has RAW support, but with the devices default camera app, I am definitely able to control focus, white balance, ISO, and shutter speed to take amazing photos, so this reading is extremely inaccurate.

Well the original camera app that came with the Android 8.1 phone has manual settings for contrast, shutter speed, ISO, macro photo, and white balance. This app says that this phone does not support any manual settings. Hmmmm!

To everyone who doesn't understand Android or hardware⚙️ in generall: Your preinstalled 📷app is most likely a system🛠️ app. 🛠️apps have *COMPLETELY DIFFERENT* privileges. They are also made by the same company that made your📱's ⚙️. But every single ⚙️ is different. Even if a 3.🥳🎉 📷app (for examp. from ▶️🛍️) would have 🛠️app privileges, their 🧑‍💻 doesn't know your ⚙️. Even if they knew, they would't be able to rewrite the same app 1bil. times. I'm already out of🪐here, but look it up
