When using the Warsaw 19115 application, you can report these or other problems in the city in three simple steps:
• describe the problem
• add a photo (this step is not necessary)
• select a location
Your application will go to the Municipal Contact Center Warsaw 19115, from where you will receive a confirmation with a number, thanks to which you can check at what stage your case is. You will have access to the history of all your applications all the time.
Through the application, you can submit a free application - an idea for changes in the city that will make Warsaw more beautiful, modern and friendly.
In the waste collection schedule tab, you can check the waste collection dates at the address or addresses you are interested in, and set up notifications to remind you of their dates. You will learn the rules of proper segregation of garbage, and if in doubt, the search engine will tell you where to throw what.
If you want more greenery in Warsaw, you can indicate where we should plant the tree. Go to the place where you want to plant the tree and click report. The map will show information about the possibilities and conditions for the implementation of your application. You will receive an application number, thanks to which you can check the stage at which your case is at. You will have access to the history of all your applications all the time.
Through the Civic Budget tab, you can check projects that have been developed in your area on the map. During the submission of projects, discussions or voting, you will be able to participate directly in deciding on the city's budget.
Through the Warsaw Notification System you will learn, among others about planned changes in traffic organization, important city projects, important official dates as well as cultural and sports events co-organized by the city. You will also automatically receive messages about local threats.
Using the Air Quality Index tab, you can find out its quality status in Warsaw. You will also check detailed measurements along with recommendations for the protection of your health.
Through the Toilets tab, you can check public toilets in Warsaw. The map includes both stationary and portable public toilets, as well as toilets in public utility facilities and private facilities available to all residents.
In the Car parks tab, you can check the location and availability of parking spaces, other than those designated in the Unguarded Paid Parking Zone (SPPN). On the map you can check the route and travel time from the place of your choice. Each car park has a certificate informing, inter alia, about the total number and type of parking spaces, the number of free spaces, price lists, additional services.
In the ECOpunkty tab you will find addresses of pharmacies where you can return mercury thermometers and expired medications. On the map, you can also check the addresses of stationary and mobile Selective Collection Points for Municipal Waste (PSZOK and MPSZOK)
