Ratings and reviews

They try to triage deliveries via Postmates but it never works. I think I have a 20% success rate. They no longer give me refunds. Use something like Uber eats or the actual Postmates app. This app is a ripoff.

Said we will get a free burger on our first order, and didn't. anyway, couldn't pay with the app because the order keep sticking so we end ordering in place

TERRIBLE! Order at your own risk. After spending over $50 I was not expecting this! The driver stole my drink and they got my order wrong even though I ordered it in advanced so they could at least let me know what isn't in stock. They have yet to refund me for the money they stole. I will never order from these people again. I called the store, straight to voicemail even though they are open. How can you live with yourself robbing people like this?
