It is one of the most stupid, useless and user-unfriendly application in the world. 1. Customer support doesn't work (an error "smthg went wrong") 2. There is no button to log out 3. There is no option to add the card for payment, so you have to fill the payment form with your hands every month (6 fields!!! ) 4. You can't change the payment method because the app says you should register, and if you are a registered user, this flow just ends with an error "your are already registered"

this app keep loading for a few minutes, then when it launch and you click on anything it will load again for a minute then will tell you to make sure you connect to data or Wi-Fi. Make this app usable please Primetel.

Since the latest update, it does not open at all, and it is impossible to pay the bills. Installed and reinstalled 2 times no change
