About this app

This Code4Pro app will collect heart rate data from a wearable sensor as well as location and accelerometer data from the phone. That data transmits in real time to the backend platform which computes Heart Rate Variability, an accepted indicator of stress. The platform then shares that information back to the app as well as gives dispatch and command staff visibility into the stress first responders are undergoing at any given time so that they can be given the support they need.

The Code4Pro platform and related Heart Rate monitors do not
constitute a medical device and are in no way intended to diagnose,
treat, cure, or prevent any disease. While fitness devices can be
valuable tools for monitoring certain biometrics, they are not as
accurate as approved medical devices. You should consult a medical
professional for advice.
