alot of times it wont allow me to log in page just freezes! even after refreshing the app more than 6 times.

Unable to complete task when name, DOB, and place of birth need updating. App only allows to choose country of birthand no other field/drop down is available. Hence, I can't submit information as an error shows "field cannot be empty," but there is no other field available. RIA need to look into this and address the issue.

Bring back the fingerprint login. Please. We're begging you. Honestly when you have a customer on the phone asking for the rate, speed is essential. Especially since Ria adopted a dynamic rate value model.
