Welcome to the redesigned Ria Agent app. This new release includes similar functionality to the previous version, plus NEW tools and an IMPROVED user experience. The ultimate goal is to provide Ria agents with a mobile tool that makes day-to-day operations more efficient.

Unable to complete task when name, DOB, and place of birth need updating. App only allows to choose country of birthand no other field/drop down is available. Hence, I can't submit information as an error shows "field cannot be empty," but there is no other field available. RIA need to look into this and address the issue.

Bring back the fingerprint login. Please. We're begging you. Honestly when you have a customer on the phone asking for the rate, speed is essential. Especially since Ria adopted a dynamic rate value model.
