takes 10 or 15 minutes to upload a 5 minute video, then half the time it fails. also takes tons of time to "render", and then also freezes or doesn't let you open it. then the edits are horrible. like really bad. it's supposed to take out pauses, for example, and just doesn't. there is no way to edit. or ask it to do something you want.

It has been a horrific experience! The service department is very inattentive. Their AI evaluates the situation, finds there is a problem and then nothing happens to correct the problem. Agent Opus promotes a sale on the promise that 200 points will be given to the purchaser every day. When that does not happen, they refer to a statement buried somewhere in some reference material that the 200 points per day expire at the end of each day. That was not told to the purchaser.

Not sure why they'd release the app in this state, honestly. I use this on my desktop often, but there's no real reason to have this app until it has editing features. Unless the AI gets every clip perfect right off the bat (which it won't) this is effectively useless unless you just need it to download clips you've already edited elsewhere.
