First Solutions Com developed the App Clínica ORL so that, in a simple and fast way, you can access, manage and monitor your health more closely, within the network of ePM providers.
The App allows you to search by clinical specialty, geographical area, doctor and health insurance.
The search can be done with or without login.
Consult the data you want at any time and anywhere, with all the security and convenience:
✔ Search for a doctor or specialist by city / county, zip code, health insurance
✔ Access the clinical process in an integrated manner with providers using First Solutions Com's ePM®
✔ Schedule or reschedule appointments and exams
✔ Consult and edit your profile information as personal data
✔ Consult the appointment schedule, including information needed for exam preparation
✔ Access medicine prescriptions
✔ Consult exam requests
✔ Consult biometric data
✔ Access clinical and administrative documents issued by providers
✔ View exam reports in medical history
✔ Consult information / location of the provider network
✔ Access contacts and news from each provider of the medical network.

Soon:
✔ Have a doctor closer to you, anytime and from anywhere. After a brief screening, being able to speak to a doctor by video call.
✔ Consult or download settled invoices
✔ Possibility to evaluate the service provided and leave your comments / suggestions
