My CUF is your online personal area, where you can safely access a set of functionalities and personalized information about your activity in CUF hospitals and clinics.
 
Available anytime, anywhere for:
- Mark appointments and exams
- Check the schedule of future appointments
- See activity history for the last 3 years
- Consult and download results analysis, imaging reports and gastroenterology
- Consult the exam requisitions, being able to directly mark
- Consult prescribed medical prescriptions
- Consult the status of requests for authorization of surgeries and hospitalization
- View and download cleared invoices
- Make online payments of invoices by ATM, Credit Card or MB WAY
- Consult the waiting times of the nearest permanent call
- Change personal data
- Consult the same information for children under 16 years of age
- Manage My CUF account of people over 16 years old

Impossible to create a new account, same error message providing zero information. Recovering password functionality is equally useless as it just says "Error".

A totally broken app. When it works, it works but with a lot of bugs/problems. Especially right when you need it. Tested over many months of use. Long list of issues which I'd be happy to share with the team if they reach out. No point wasting time to mention them here. The world runs on apps and in 2025 I'm shocked this is how the app runs. I waited a few extra months to see if any updates would fix all the problems, but the same old problems still recurr and make the app useless.

The only function that works without any trouble is "to pay the bill" option. The rest, to book appointments or to see the past history, or to search for any availability... Extra functions always shows error or simply crashes the app. At the end, it makes me to call the hospital and wait on the phone forever... Awful app
