Works around 10% of the time. I try to consult my account settings... "encontrámos um problema". Check consumos... "encontrámos um problema". Click on Início...never loads, always a spinning wheel. Every time I open it, I must log in with my password, no biometrics available. Maybe 1 out of 10 times, one of the above services will work, but the others won't. Yes, I have cleared cache, forced stop, logged out and in.

the app is extremely unstable. for example, if you want to end the meter, it fails multiple times to end and then gets blocked. the only way to get back to the app is force stopping it (Android phone) and then try again. When you re-enter the app, it's still counting away and charging you. also, the app sometimes does not work right away when you open it the first time, just crashes. it is highly frustrating and ridiculous since it's been around for a while and stull delivers a beta experience

The app is not user-friendly. It's just in Portuguese, and while it is working, you have to manually enter your car's license plates for parking, meaning it's not directly connected to your contract. However, it needs more development. The support is only in Portuguese, which is the biggest problem with Via Verde.
