Too intrusive and takes too long Seems like there is too much being loaded when I open the app, it takes forever. I am an English speaker but because I often buy ticket in Spain I am stuck with communicating in Spanish. .. Why can't i choose a language and use that wherever I am. O'leary is still not trusted, we are all on the lookout for a fast one to be pulled.
Worse than ever, full of bugs and really Discriminating Disabled People 1. Logging-in is totally useless, all data like email, phone, address, and even credit cards previously stored have to be re-entered each time. 2. Maestro, regularly available on the website is not a valid payment option in the app. 3. The app design is so bad and discriminating that it doesn't even allow disabled people to add the required assistance. How ever, all sort of commercial offers like hotel and car booking are popping up every 2 seconds and can be added even by mistake. 4. to conclude on a negative note again, although Ryan air has been warned many times by various disability interest groups, the app and the new website are still totally inaccessible to blind users using their PC or android smart phone with the built-in Screen reader. This is blunt discrimination, and it is clearly unconceivable for a huge company like Ryanair. Please boycott the app and the company all together as much as you can as a sign of solidarity towards all disabled people, at least until this company stops this serious and abominable discrimination. Thanks in advance to all readers who will help us to be heard.
A bit useless For some reason this app is completely useless. Lacks of features and has nothing to do with user data, trips or... Anything related. Disappointing
Why bother So I checked in online on my laptop. I thought well I should maybe try the electronic boarding pass on the app.... It doesn't work... Asks me to check in again and then tried to sell me hotel rooms and still can't get the boarding pass
still rubbish Can't retrieve boarding passes even though I've already checked in on the website... have to check in again instead of having the app going through my account...
I downloaded the app solely to have the digital boarding pass but lo and behold, that feature "wasn't available at the current time." Luckily I found a printer. A budget airline that charges £40 to print at the airport with a glitch in the app? Suspicious to me.
